
Doctors & Dentists at HHTDr Kenneth Holton was born in 1953 and is male, British, and qualified in 1977 with Batchelor degrees in medicine and surgery from Liverpool University. Before entering general practice he worked for three years in training posts for general practice. He gained a Masters Degree in Medical Science in 1994. He is currently on the PCT PEC sub-group committee. Dr David Evans was born in 1957 and is male, British, and qualified in 1980 with Batchelor degrees in medicine and surgery from London University. Before entering general practice he worked for three years in training posts for general practice gaining the MRCGP and DRCOG qualifications in 1984. Dr Andrew Barclay was born in 1952 and is male, British, and qualified in 1977 with Batchelor degrees in medicine and surgery from Oxford University. Before joining this practice he worked as a missionary doctor in Tanzania for 12 years. He gained DRCOG in 1978 before leaving for Tanzania, DTCH in 1984 and MRCGP in 1993. He is currently the practice trainer. He speaks Swahili. Dr Bettina Kleine was born in 1959, is female, holds a British and German Citizenship and qualified in 1984 with Staatsexamen For Medicine from the University of Aachen, Germany. Before entering General Practice she worked 6 years in training posts for general practice and gained the Facharzt for General Medicine, the equivalent of the British MRCGP in 1990. Dr Kleine works as a doctor in the UK since 1998. She gained a post-graduate degree, Diploma for Medical Ultrasound at the University of Central England in Birmingham in 2005. She is leading our diagnostic ultrasound department. She speaks German and French. Dr Alfred Maganga is male, Tanzanian and qualified with a degree of Physician (Med. Dip)-Waw 2001, from medical university of Warsaw-Poland, before entering general practice he worked for three years in training posts for general practice gaining MRCGP in 2007 and DFSRH in January 2010, he is fluent in Polish. Dr Diana Hutchinson was born in 1956 and is female, British and qualified in 1979 with Batchelor degrees in medicine and surgery from the University of Birmingham. She worked for three years in training posts for general practice and gained the MRCGP in 1983. She also has post-graduate diplomas in obstetrics and gynaecology, reproductive health and child health. In 2006, she was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal College of General Practitioners, for her work in the training and assessment of junior doctors. Dr Mohit Patpatia (Salaried GP) was born in 1977 and is male, Indian, and qualified with Batchelors degree in Medicine and Surgery in 2002 from the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, India. Before entering General Practice, he worked for three years in training posts for General Practice and gained MRCGP in 2010. Apart from English, he speaks Punjabi, Urdu and Hindi. |
NursesBabs Birring is our Nurse Practitioner Sunita Kalair is a Senior Practice Nurse at the surgery, who is able to offer contraception advice, cervical smears, child immunisations, travel vaccinations, health promotion and lifestyle advice. She can also perform ECG's, ear irrigation for the removal of wax, wound dressings and removal of sutures/clips. Sunita is also available to do asthma checks and spirometry. Karen Hancox is a qualified Practice nurse and has many years background experience from A&E and also worked as a district nurse within the commuity, before starting at Holbrooks Health Team in 2009. Immunisations, cervical smears, minor injuries, dressings, ear irrigation, health checks, suture removal, dietary advice and instruction on breast examination are some of the areas offered by Karen. |

Pharmacy TeamRanjit Gureawal, Mo Ihsan and Bal Chaggar are all Pharmacists. The Pharmacy operates as a separate business based in the surgery premises. Patients are under no obligation to use the pharmacy though many choose to do so. The Pharmacy also arranges deliveries to the housebound. |
Management TeamKerry Jane Crutchlow (Chief Executive) BA (Hons), MA, Chartered FCIPD looks after the day to day running of the practice. Karen Levers (Reception Manager) and Lisa Astell-Fowler (Assistant Reception Manager) are responsible for ensuring that all reception and administration areas run smoothly. |
Administrative TeamBinder Johal is Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive. Tina Yardley (administrative assistant) is responsible for auditing our activity. Jigisha Rathod is the Finance Administrator. We have a team of 13 Medical and Dental Receptionists/Administrators. Our receptionists make appointments for patients to see Doctors, nurses and any other professional working within our team. The administration staff are responsible for all clerical and administrative tasks necessary to run the service. |
