If you can get to the surgery please do but if this is simply not possible requests for visits before 11.00 am (the doctors try to start their visits shortly after this). Please give the receptionist some idea of your problem to help us plan the visits.

If out of hours, your call will be diverted to the Primary Care Out of Hours Service who are responsible for all out of hours call on behalf of the practice.

Coventry NHS walk-in Centre (Coventry & Warwickshire Hospital, Stoney Stanton Road, Coventry) provides treatment for minor injuries and illnesses seven days a week. You do not need an appointment and you will be seen by an experienced nurse.
