New patient examination

New patients over 5 years of age must have a routine examination when they join the practice. When you register as a new patient in Coventry, an appointment for your new patient examination will be made, as it will for each member of your family who registers.

Appointments are available at several times during the week. Please attend this appointment as it gives us an overview of your medical history before your medical history notes arrive.
