Friends and Family Test
Each time you come to the practice you will be asked to participate in the Friends and Family survey. We are required to offer this to you as part of our GP Contract obligations. The results of this survey are forwarded to NHS England four times a year. Please ask Reception for a leaflet if you wish to participate. Fill in a form on Reception, or simply use the Booking In Screen and follow the links!
