Patient feedback and complaints

We welcome comments about our practice and the health services we provide. Anyone who is registered as a patient at our health care practice in Coventry or who has received treatment from us can make a complaint. Where criticism is made we will respond to the complainant and, where necessary, put right what was wrong.

We aim to give the best possible standard of service, both clinical and administrative, at all times. However, there may be times when you feel this has not been achieved.

We operate a NHS complaints procedure to deal with comments, suggestions and complaints about the service we provide. All staff are trained in this procedure and will be happy to give you further information.

We will try to address all your concerns promptly, provide you with an explanation and discuss any action that may be needed to prevent a future occurrence.

Salaried GP or GP Partner

We understand that juggling work as a GP with having a family and other commitments is hard. We will work around your childcare/carer commitments, and can tailor a work pattern around your circumstances.

We know how rewarding special interests and portfolio careers can be, and how they help protect against burnout. Our Team’s interests include dermatology, family planning, dementia, urgent care, and CCG, GP Federation & PCN. We teach student nurses, medical students and GP Registrars. We have been providing ultrasonography across Coventry, Rugby, North and South Warwickshire for more than 10 years. We are always looking at exciting new opportunities.

We know how important it is to meet up for coffee each day, and have a new purpose-built Doctors’ Mess so that we can let off steam and discuss cases. We also have regular social events, such as meals out, and we love a good dance! We’ve all just been out to celebrate our maximum QOF points.

We are always looking for ways to manage workload and administration: we have 3 Clinical Pharmacists to help with medication reviews and queries; an excellent working relationship with on-site pharmacy, 2 gerontology ANPs to do the bulk of nursing home work; a training ANP who is looking to work around triage and supporting the Duty Doctor, a local paramedic home visiting service; and have a Physician’s Associate joining us soon. We have a team of people to go through straight-forward pathology reports and Docman, so there’s much less for the doctors to do.

We want you! Due to an expanding list size, and the planned retirement of our Senior Partner, we are looking for salaried GPs to join our family. If you’re interested in becoming a partner, that’s great too! Newly qualified GPs, those returning after a career break or anyone interested in a retainer option are very welcome; we can set up a mentor system for you.
