You will know that all NHS staff have been asked to operate normally over the Easter bank holiday. Holbrooks Health team are no exception and all staff have unreservedly agreed to work normally.

Usual processes still apply, if you are unwell, a GP will triage you on the phone. If you need to be seen, an appointment will be made for you. Sometimes these face-to-face appointments may well be at Extended Hours. What is important is that you receive the care you need.

We ask all patients to be clear when they provide the receptionist with a mobile phone number so there are no difficulties with the GP making contact with you.

Some GPs report that patients are not answering the phone when they ring. The GP cannot guarantee what time they will ring as this depends on demands and urgency for some patients. If you do not make yourself available to answer the phone when the GP calls you, it is possible that they will be unable to continually ring back.

As always, we ask you all to remain at home and to keep yourself and your families safe.
