• Attend no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment is due
  • Please attend alone unless you need a carer or translator, and leave all other family members in the car or at home
  • Do not attend with large bags or parcels
  • You will only be allowed into the building if a designated chair is available
  • On arrival your temperature will be taken, and it if is abnormally high you will be asked to leave, return home to self-isolate and arrange a Covid-19 swab test (gov.uk)
  • All patients must wear a face covering (excluding under 11 year olds)
  • Please use the hand sanitiser as provided
  • You will book your arrival with a Receptionist before you take a designated chair. The Receptionist is there to book patients in to their appointment only and is not available to deal with any other matters
  • Once you take a designated chair, do not move until you are called in to your appointment.
  • Go straight to your doctor or nurse when called without any delay
  • After your appointment, you will be escorted to the designated Exit – you cannot ‘go back on yourself’ to leave as you arrived for any reason
  • Once you have left the building remember to dispose safely of any disposable face coverings. If you are using a reusable face covering please ensure it is cleaned and decontaminated in accordance with the instructions.
