We are aware that some patients have received letters asking them to verify their NHS registration details by scanning a QR code.
If you receive one of these letters, please do not scan the QR code or enter any personal information.
Please contact the practice directly and we can check your registration details safely. You can also check your details through the NHS App.
If you believe the letter may be fraudulent, you can report it to Action Fraud online or by calling 0300 123 2040.
