Give Feedback on Care

You can tell CQC about:

  • an experience of care - it can be good or bad
  • a concern about a service you work for

CQC will need to know:

  • the name and location of the service
  • when you used the service (or worked there)
  • whether you've complained to the service or contacted other authorities
  • whether we can contact you about your experience. You can always give your feedback anonymously but it helps us take action if we can contact you for more information.

This is different from making a formal complaint. To make a formal complaint, you must contact the practice.
