High attendance levels are impacting their ability to manage demand. By utilising our on-site consultant clinics, you help relieve these vital winter pressures on our local hospitals.

We are prioritising reviews for:

  • Patients with a history of high A&E attendance
  • Patients with frequent or excessive inhaler use, or severe heart failure
