There were 82 patients who Did Not Attend (DNA) their appointment -  When the patient does not turn up for an appointment and does not contact the practice in advance to cancel/change appointment. Many valuable appointment slots are missed every month.

If you cannot attend an appointment, feel that you are running late for a pre-booked appointment or do not need the appointment anymore, please ring

to cancel at least an hour before the appointment time, so it may be offered to another patient.
